Run down and stripped of all original charm, the 100 year old building sat forlorn on a desolate lot and was the blight of the neighborhood. The complete remodel touched every surface and component of the building. In keeping with the era of the house, antique and salvaged materials were used throughout. Amongst other things, custom kitchen cabinets were made from reclaimed vertical grain fir and antique fixtures were refurbished.
